I had a very bad experience .I suppose to travel with my two kids for my wedding and gave him half of the money and a day before the traveling date I called him and he told me he was out of town and he insure me that we will travel the next day.I trusted him because I have been using his agency sine 2006.
Steve were no where to be find,he was not answering my calls,my text or emails.2days after trying hard to get in touch with him,I decided to get my tickets from another agency.
I have been trying to get my money back but he deleted me from Facebook .he does not answer my calls
One thing I know,I ll get my money back no matter what it is going to take.
