2cha cha 4 words

Review: I ordered merchandise from [redacted] (aka. 2cha cha 4 words, which is not a business that comes up in Revdex.com) February 26, 2013. I paid in full. $928.00 for ordered items, via [redacted] on March 21, 2013 per my credit card records. I was told that from date of order it would be a 2 week turn around. I placed an ordered of products from the advertising and communication with [redacted] of what she was selling and could make for me and my company.I recieved a few of the items that were in the order placed on 2.26.2013 in early April that had to be sent back due to poor quality. When I contacted [redacted]/2cha cha 4 words about the exchange and poor quality she said that her assistant did the "bows" (merchandise ordered) and that is why is was not her traditional quality that she sold me. I explained that I needed the merchandise, which was paid in full, by April 24, 2013 or a full refund of the order. I had not received 90% of what was paid for and the other 10% was sent back.I still have not received the merchandise or ANY type of refund. I have reached out by email to [redacted] for a full refund several times and have had no luck in getting communication or money back. It has been over 6 months since her last response. I do not have a need for the merchandise any longer and would like the full refund for the full $928.00Desired Settlement: I would like the full refund of $928.00 for items that were ordered and never officially received.
