The information in the response is not trueACCOUNT RE-ACTIVATED AFTER REQUEST TO UPDATE PROFILE DETAILSIn its response to the complaint, 2CO tries to convince that it initially received our request to change the URL and soft descriptor on December 16, 2014, after the disputed sale, which is not true.We notified 2CO that we would like to change the website URL and soft descriptor on August 5, 2014, writing "we want to update our website profile but some fields are locked (website address, soft descriptor)How do we update that info?"In response to that, on August 7, 2014, 2CO replied that our account was reviewed and activated for salesIt also notified us that the URL that they had on file was [redacted] .com and soft descriptor was [redacted] and asked us if that information was correct. On November 13, 2014, in response to the above 2CO's message, we informed 2CO that the information it has on file is not correct and requested that the URL and soft descriptor be updated: "So, answering your questions above, the new website is http://www.***[redacted] and the soft descriptor should be [redacted] ." Therefore, 2CO has had knowledge of the new URL and soft descriptor since November 13, 2014, before the account was re-activated.On November 14, 2014, 2CO replied: "We have re-activated your account effective immediately!" After getting this response, we switched our payment gateway to 2CO in December and sold the first item via 2CO on December 14, After that sale, we noticed in transaction details that our URL and soft descriptor were still not updated by 2CO and, therefore, we contacted them and requested once again to update their records on December 16, 2014.In other words, 2CO re-activated our account after we requested that our URL and soft descriptor be updated and, therefore, we reasonably believed that our new website is approved for saleNO REPLICAS OFFERED FOR SALEIn its response, 2CO states that the new website was not approved because we allegedly sell replica of [redacted] which is also not trueWe sell only genuine [redacted] devices and genuine accessories for ***The sold item was also genuine sunshades for ***Evidence of this can be provided upon your request.Based on the above, we believe that 2CO deliberately misrepresented information in its response by omitting relevant factsMoreover, there is nothing that could lead 2CO to assume that we sell replicas. As a proof of the above statements, we have attached our correspondence with 2CO and photos of the original item sold to the client

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. I'm happy your Bureau exists and was able to help me effectively and in a timely matter. Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello Kousha,Please see the answers to your refusal to accept the previous reply from 2Checkout.1.) Our main service is payment processingAs such, 2Checkout is not a party to the purchase of any product or service from the Seller2Checkout is not a buyer or a seller under transactions with a seller; rather, 2Checkout is an independent contractor between the buyer and the seller2Checkout cannot control the goods or services provided by the sellers, and does not assume liability over the goods or services sold by the sellers who utilize our services Additional details regarding the nature of the services we provide, and the terms under which your order was placed may be located on our website at: https://www.2checkout.com/policies/payment-terms2.) The text file that you received from the Seller was larger than your email account would accept, as stated in the as "Attachment Size Limited" window Because of the size of the text file, your mail server could not deliver the email with the attachments intact and dumped the contents of the katayon.pdf file This appears not to be a deliberate act by the Seller, www.ierek.com3.) In keeping with the buyer's request regarding making the the issue personal, there is no further discussion on the subject as being necessary.4.) The information on the receipt is generated by the information provided from the Seller, www.ierek.com As we are the payment processor only, we are not privy to all services/product services that included in the conference fee) Please reference the nature of our relationship as outlined in our answer to issue number 1.Sincerely,Beth C***

I see that we will continue argue without reaching any solution, 2CO still repeat the same answer without answering the question why you or PauPal refund the buyer although she already got her services and you have mentioned that I provided you with the documents that says that the buyer got her services and the issue was totally closed, I see your answer that I have to contact the buyer is very weak as she will not pay and you have to pay for me not PayPal, again and always I don't know PayPal and I have no any relation or agreement with them, you have to forced them and give me my moneyAlso in future I can't close the account with buyers whom are using pay pal as this point is your task not mineKindly change your answer next time and don't through me with your faults.kindly tsk an action that maybe useful and I can get my money Regards, [redacted] ***

The PayPal dispute is about physical products, not servicesI have paid for participating in a conferenceSo, I am not protected by PayPal dispute, not because it is not my right, because they are unable to protect buyers in service purchasesCurrently, 2Checkout has provided a tracking number "NONE" to the dispute, and everything has became more complicated2Checkout knows exactly that PayPal would not defend me, and they are abusing itRevdex.com is the only party who can protect me as the buyer nowThey are abusing PayPal protection limits.I have paid $to receive fake documents by a seller in Egypt who do not care about anything, and no one is supporting meIt seems 2Checkout is not even reviewing my documents correctlyAs a buyer, I wish to know what should I do? And this can happen to anyone, and there is no solution to avoid this from happening again for others unless 2Checkout decide to stop supporting a party without evidence. The screenshot is attachedI am going to continue the dispute with PayPal, but all options are for physical products and I am literally stuck on this.Regards, [redacted]

Based on your last message the seller had agreed to the reimbursement and your message said only to apply if I needed further assistance I accept the sellers response and so there is nothing further from me Thanks for all your help.Kindest Regards, [redacted]

Hello [redacted] I understand your frustration, however, 2Checkout is merely the payment processor for the Seller, [redacted] We do not interfere with the contractual agreement between the Seller and their buyers You will need to contact the Seller again, and attempt to work the issue out with them The Customer Care Support email that we have for the Seller is: [redacted] Sincerely, Beth C***

Hello [redacted] I understand your issue with the chargebacks that are resulting through your Seller account by one buyer, however, the chargebacks were issued on three separate orders This resulted in chargebacks through your accountThe credit card industry does not look to see that the chargebacks were from one person, but from individual transactions, (sales) The chargeback percentage is based on the amount of sales that are processed through your account The ratio of sales that were processed through y our account versus the chargebacks resulted in a total chargeback percent: 7.10%Unfortunately, this is a higher chargeback percentage that is mandated by the credit card industry, (which is 1%) As a result, of the chargeback percent of 7.10%, your 2Checkout Seller account was closed.Sincerely, Beth

I just wanted to make sure checkout recieved my response via email and recieved my w-form because I haven't received a response from them as of yet Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:The response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] has been reviewedBelieve it or not, the delivery issue had been resolved before 2Checkout sent a replyIn this manner, the resolution can be satisfactory and the case can now be closedThank you for providing valid explanations to understand the situation

Hello ***2Checkout is not supporting cyberlocker businesses, or file sharing businessesA cyberlocker is an online entity that provides file storing and file sharing services for media files and data, internet services specifically designed to host user filesCyberlockers allow users to upload files that then can be accessed by either the content provider or other users who obtain some level of authentication (such as via a password) Unfortunately, the services on your website that you offer, (SATA, SAS & SSD Storage), fall under this definition and we are not able to support your website.Sincerely,Beth C***2Checkout

Hello [redacted] I have located your order that you placed through http://disktrading.is99.com/disktrading, order number [redacted] In reviewing the order, I see that you have opened a dispute with PayPal in regards to the payment, we will need to abide by the decision that PayPal has concluded for your charge You can also contact the seller by phone at: ##########, to work the issue out with them directly 2Checkout is a payment processor for sellers, we are not considered the reseller of the products listed on the website, once the Seller has received the funds in their account, we do not have access to those funds Please contact PayPal in regards to the dispute that you have opened through your account with PayPal.Sincerely,Beth [redacted] 2Checkout

I am rejecting this response because while you say you don't handle customer service issues or issue refunds on behalf of the seller, you should be able to put a company that you're processing payments for on notice and force them to issue the refund when they have bad business practices You should have some sort of department that actively investigates these issues and deals with these companies accordingly It may possibly make them want to do better business on behalf of their customers 2CO is the payment liaison between purchaser and seller, so having an account in bad standing with 2CO and you holding their funds will cause them to operate ethicallyAs of right not, you're partnered with a scam company that claims to be based in the US but actually is in Pakistan, thus they have no sanctions in this country Had I known this about this company prior to being scammed, I would not have done business with them Your "request" that they contact me was in vain as I have received no communication from this company whatsoever They have no reason to do the right thing and refund me, because 2CO as there payment processor allows them to conduct unethical business practices and chooses to be the middleman in fraudulent transactions with companies that misrepresent themselves I will continue to consider this issue not resolved and share my experience with 2CO and Emenac on every forum, comment section and review site possible until I am fully refunded 2CO should have some standards as to whom they do business withI am not alone int his experience I had Apparently, the processing fees are all that 2CO cares about Regards, [redacted]

Hello [redacted] The Verification process has been completed and your account has been updated to allow sales to resume A special one off payment will be released to you today You can locate the information of the payment release on your Account Balance page in your Seller account Regards, Beth C***

Your buyer opened a dispute in PayPal regarding the sale that was placed through your website PayPal contacted us requesting that you provide information regarding the services that were provided to the buyer We submitted all of the information that was provided by you to PayPal to challenge the dispute Unfortunately, after reading all of the information that you provided and the information that the buyer submitted to PayPal, PayPal sided in their favor and forced the funds from 2Checkout and your Seller account to be returned to the buyer’s PayPal account We did not agree to a refund this was forcefully taken from PayPal, similar to a chargeback The International Seller Services Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions between us, 2Checkout and you Including the information regarding disputes and chargebacks Please follow the link below for additional information: https://www.2checkout.com/policies/international-seller-services-agreement/ We cannot return the funds that PayPal took to cover the dispute You will need to contact your buyer directly to resolve the issueTo avoid PayPal disputes in the future, I can offer to disable your account from receiving sales from a buyer that is using PayPal as their funding source If you would like the PayPal functionality disabled for your Seller account, please contact us at; [redacted] , provide your Seller account number and the request to disable the PayPal option for your account

Hi [redacted] ***,No need to copy a definitions of what is IPTV EPG from google, you seem just filling the replies with unrelated information.EGP is not a "file sharing", neither a “news group”This comparison makes no senseAnd as per copy of of your policy I have sent to [redacted] as a proof, there is nothing even close to IPTV listed. My complaint partially remains in effectTax information received, but I’m not authorizing you to use my funds for no interest for days and you are required to cover the damages to my business.Talking about [redacted] , who take part in this incident, as per your policy AND policy of [redacted] , you are NOT allowed to take [redacted] payments on someone’s behalf (me)How would you comment this violation of yours?Have a wonderful day[redacted]

Hello ***,2Checkout is the payment processor for the seller, http://professionalcontent.net, we do not handle any customer service issues regarding orders that are placed through the seller's website, including any refund requestsThis is solely the Seller's responsibility I have forwarded the complaint to our Loss Prevention Unit and they are looking into the issue with the seller, however, we cannot issue any refunds on orders that are placed through the seller You will need to allow PayPal to settle the dispute for you.Sincerely, [redacted] 2CO.com | [redacted]
