Do not buy from them. I received a shipping confirmation and the order never shipped. Revdex.com couldn't get a hold of them for a response to the claim.

I ordered shorts on April 22nd. I got one response saying they were out of my color choice. I’ve emailed 3 times since June and gotten no responses.
Shady. Thieves. Take money without delivering products, refunds, or responses.

I ordered a pair of shorts from them on May 2nd. On May 16th, after the shorts still had not shipped, I requested a cancellation of the order and a refund. They asked for two more days to ship the shorts. I waited two more days, nothing. I again emailed and asked for a refund. Another week went by. After a third email requesting a refund, the send me shorts. So now, they’re telling me that since they’ve already sent the package, I will have to wait until I receive it. Then they will send me return label, then I will have to take to package to the post office to return it. And once they receive the returned package, it will take them 8 days to process a refund. They are completely horrible and should be prohibited from putting customers through this. I still believe I will never receive anything and that they are a fraudulent website.

Hi,

We have talked to this customers numerous of times and I have reassured him we will start issuing his refund right away and that it will take 5-8 days to process. I have attached a email snippet of me telling him that.

I have also explained to him that shipping will be delayed due to Covid-19.

For the package that was already sent we will be sending him a return label that he can drop off at any USPS locations of his connivence.

We aren't keeping your money and as noted in our email conversation. We will go ahead and expedite the refund process and You should have gotten a refund notification now. Once product is delivered to you we will expect our merchandise to be retuned.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did receive an email notification of a refund being initiated. But again, I will trust it when I see it. I will be fully satisfied that this has been resolved when I see the money in my account. I will be returning your package as soon as I receive it and you send me a prepaid return label.

I placed an order on April 7 and was promptly charge $29.99 to my card. Confirmation said due to COVID-19 orders were being shipped 5-10 days. I never received anything. On May 11 I received notification that my order was being shipped but tracking shows they only printed the label and have not taken it to USPS. I emailed and they were rude saying they are trying their best and they will put it to the top to go out. It is not 5/27 and I have not received anything and they have stopped responding to emails. I want to cancel my order and receive a refund. They continue to advertise through social media when they can’t/won’t deliver the product.

I ordered a pair of shorts on 4/6/2020. I have yet to receive them. I have contacted the company many many times through email and they keep saying they are going to send them. They NEVER send them. They said they would have them sent by Monday May 25. Still no tracking number. Nothing. I feel they just took my money and are never sending me the product. They keep using the virus as an excuse. Still they had plenty of time before the virus. I get plenty of packages from other companies. This excuse doesn't work any more for me. I am just being jerked around. Thank you! Mark

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! There is now way this is an actually company. I ordered a pair of shorts on 9 May 2020 and haven’t received them yet. Their customer service (Samuel) is horrendous!! I actually can’t even begin to explain how terrible they have been. And after I emailed them three different times to cancel my order they actually send me the shorts, almost 1 month later. Now it’s been two weeks dealing with them trying to get my money back. They said since they already shipped the package, then I’ll have to wait until I return the package to them for them to give me a refund. Please avoid the headache and look for shorts elsewhere.
