Review: On May 24th, I was charged $55.99 by [redacted], the service which 2flowers.com uses to collect payment. The company that I bought a flower arrangement from was 2flowers.com. The arrangement was supposed to go to my sister who was ill at the hospital, the next day. That never happened. I contacted customer service, was taken to another third party but my problem was never solved. My sister stayed the whole day waiting for the flowers and they never arrived. To this day these flowers from May have not arrived. What's worse is that the customer service is useless.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $55.99 to my card, because I paid for a service that I never received! Also do better background checks on the florists you use.
