Review: I took my Mazdaspeed 3 in to 2K Perormance for 60k mile service and new suspension. [redacted] and [redacted], the co-owners, recommended Raceland coilovers. I accepted their proposal based on their recommendations. When I came back to test drive the car [redacted] claimed that the suspension was "tight" - no rub - even though he had lowered it more than I asked him to. I rubbed in the first corner and in every corner after that. I dropped it back off to complete the 60k service and told [redacted] that it was too low. When I picked it back up he hadn't raised it at all and made excuses about why he wasn't going to. Raceland has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and I told [redacted] that I was not satisfied and wanted to take advantage of that guarantee. He told me that they would, indeed, make me happy. The 30 days came and went and nothing was done on their part to contact Raceland and return the coilovers. I inquired about the Motorcraft platinum plugs that were on the receipt after my own research. [redacted] said they were OEM replacement. They are - for the NON-Turbo charged Mazda 3, but NOT for the turbo charged Mazdaspeed 3 - which is what I have. It comes stock with iridium plugs. I decided to replace the plugs and the suspension, which rubbed and slammed completely over bumps, myself. The plugs: They weren't even Motorcraft platinums. They were the original, used, iridiums that come stock. [redacted] didn't install new plugs. The suspension: there weren't any bump stops installed on the front, which is why it slammed so bad over bumps, and which could have caused damage to my vehicle. So, in conclusion; I paid for work and items that wasn't done or installed, some stock items that were removed from my car were not returned (cost more than $60 to replace them), and the work that was done was shoddy and incorrect. When [redacted] was confronted about his work he took no responsibility and walked away. I was not reimbursed one penny although the entire cost to me was $1293.16.Desired Settlement: I would like to return and be fully refunded for the Raceland coilovers and be refunded for the shipping and labor costs: $829I would like to be refunded for the spark plugs that were not installed and labor that was not done: $129Total requested reimbursement: $958I will not request reimbursement for the items that were removed from my vehicle and not returned to me.

Im sorry for the issue at hand, if this issue was brought into our shop to allow us to send back the faulty suspension in a timely manor then we would have no problem with offering a refund to the customer as a satisfaction issue, the original purchase date as per the invoice attached to the compplaint email was on 08/28/2013 invoice number 1005. the first email contact that was made between our shop and the complaintent was on thursday october 3, 2013 at 9:37am over the 30day return policy given by racelandus.com. at 11:12am on thursday october 3, 2013 you asked about returning them and going to a higher quality coilover such as bc racing, or h&r. my response to you at 11:13am thursday october 3, 2013 was that we wanted you to be happy and that would do whatever we needed to get you taken care of. during this time your car was I believe in the care of another shop, the collision center, and you were waiting on your hood, as your email sent to me on 10/7/2013
