I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have records from insurance company and towing request frim my road service cimpanyare they deying that tgat sane day the car wasnt park in their yard and I requested a ride to a car rental place next day on Saturday and they guy refused because he had to run to boston to pickup the owner from the airport? And why would I rent a car fir a week and didnt hear frim them until thuesday and they still didnt fiqure out whats wrong eith it, and its wiring why did they still charge me for s job halfway done? and dies mohammed the owner deny thst we met and I brough the issue to his attention and asked for a refund? Revdex.com spoke to Mohammed at business and the following was relayed: The vehicle was towed in with a no start condition. The crank sensor was bad and we replaced it, the vehicle started up and was good. A few weeks later the customer did return, said the car would stall sometimes. We checked and tested...

and the issue did not occur. We asked him to leave the vehicle for 2-3 days so we could test more to see if we could get it to stall. We had no issues. We then inspected the wires going from the crank sensor to the PCM to see if there might be some issues. We noticed there had been work done previously to the wires and advised the customer to replace the wiring harness. The crank sensor code may have shown up, but it was not the crank sensor as it was operating correctly. The customer chose not to replace the wiring harness and stated he wanted to trade the vehicle. That was the last we heard from him prior to the Revdex.com complaint.
