Response Statement:Shop never received a call, nor did customer ever come in to shop to explain his concern regarding his complaintWe would have been more than glad to inspect vehicle and correct any work previously done if work was in fact defective or not properly doneCustomer did not give us
an opportunity to do so or even make us aware of issueFurther more, customer was advised tires had flat spots and both front tires had uneven wear when vehicle was brought in.Customer was also advised brake master cylinder and rear brakes were not properly functioning, rear brakes were grabby and brake pedal was going down to the floor, customer was advised further inspection was recommended, including inspection for suspension since vehicle was hit up against a guard rail, possible suspension damage may have occurred, at that point customer declined any and all further inspection or repairs.
