We hired 2nd2None to replace our roof and gutters When I first called Bryan he was very prompt coming out (in the rain) to measure I had an estimate by 6:30am the next morning His estimate was spot on where we needed to be The roofers were in and out in day(They did the entire house and detached garage) As soon as the roofers were finished Bryan scheduled the guys for the gutters to come out They also replaced all gutters & downspouts in day(House, detached garage and gazebo) Bryan was very easy to get in contact with and communicate with throughout the entire processHe was also willing to answer all of our questions no matter the importance of it We are completely satisfied with the work Bryan and his crews completed at our home

The condo that I live in began to have leaks in the roof after a big rain in December I was told by this business owner that he could do emergency tarping on the roof to stop any further leaking He represented himself as a business owner with experience in roofing He came and tarped separate units at my residence, my daughter's roof was leaking as well so I recommended him to do hers as well When the insurance adjuster came he determined the tarping had been done incorrectly Mr ***'s associate had placed several nails directly in the roof as well as the roof vent, which is plastic! The insurance claim was denied as well as the emergency tarpingNow we are left with the roof repairs that we had as well as the damage done by an individual who didn't know how to do a basic temporary tarp I'm still working on getting everything repaired Mr *** insist he did nothing wrong when I contacted him I could not find a roofing license for him even though his business

I got four estimates for my roof repair 2nd2None quoted an amount that was not the lowest in total, but they were going to repair a larger area which put the cost at lowest per square foot of work Since the exact cause of the leak was not obvious to any of the four inspectors, I felt that 2nd2None's offer presented the best possibility that the leak would be found and stopped They also warrantied their work
Their crew came in the late afternoon on January 19th, when the temps were in the 40s They continued to work into the night until the job was done, including all the clean-up, even thou the temperature had dropped into the low 30s They were always professional and worked non-stop once they got started
Overall, having 2nd2None repair our roof was a very good experience

2nd2none roofing and construction nailed an unnecessary tarp on my roof in an unnecessary area of the roof causing damage to the roof
We discovered a leak in our kitchen ceiling during the heavy rains of July and AugustI used Thumbtack.com to find a roofer to get a quote on the repair*** *** from 2nd2None reached out to me and we set up a time for him to come and look at the roof and ceiling*** came to look at the roof on Augat 4: He explained that he saw wind and hail damage on the roof and asked who our insurance agent wasI told him it was with State Farm, and he replied that he had worked a lot of claims with State Farm in the pastHe then explained how the claims process worked, and told me that he would need to put a tarp on the roof because more rain was predicted for later in the week, and that I should ask my insurance company if they would allow the tarp - explaining that insurance would pay for it
I called my insurance company and started a clai
