2nd and Wells Launderland

I arrived at said business at around 10:30 am set my laundry down in front of 2 washers in 1st isle, went to change machine and got $5 in quarters went back to the machines and put $2 in quarters in each mac.hine. I had trouble reading the buttons on one and called the attendant over. She told me which button it was and then told me that I couldn't wash my comforter in that machine. I told her ok give me back my $2 and I would wash it another machine (one she had specified). she refused. then I said alright then forget it I wont wash my clothes here, give me back all of my money. she refused again so I told her I wanted to speak to the owner or manager, she said they weren't here. so I asked for the phone number of either one and she refused.She finally gave me the number to the laundrymat there.Desired Settlementmoney back, no store credit.I feel the attendant should be reprimanded I would like my money back and I will take my business else were. I feel that the attendant stole that money from me and I refuse to do business with a company that steals from their patrons. I'll olny accept contact from the owner or manager of the business.Business Response Matter resolved with customer. Manager went to the store to meet customer. Our attendant was very nice to the customer explained about overloading the machines. There is a sign between the 2 machines that explains the overload. Matter resolved. We try to give the best service that we can in our facilities.
