sort the items, transfer them to our warehouse, and prepare them for auction.  Your items were sold over the course of 2 auctions.  The first was held on November 7th and was catered to general merchandise, where the bulk of your tools, electronics and general merchandise were sold.  Smaller items like hand tools, Kitchenware, knick-kacks, and other general items are typically sold as lots, which may be why you believe some items are not accounted for   The second was on November 8th and was dedicated to furniture and art.  Your items sold for a total of $2,396.96 which we consider to be a very good price for the items that were picked up.   We have helped hundreds of people liquidate items in the Greater Cleveland Area with excellent results.  I do apologize if you believe you were wronged in anyway.  It is always difficult to put a value on a life-time of items, but be assured, your items were advertised and sold for a fair auction rate.
