We do not sell our cars at KBB value. We sell our cars at prices a little over what we purchase them for. If you were not happy with the price you should have said something at the time, as we could have showed you something a little cheaper or in a price range you were looking for. As for us closing on Labor Day and you were confirmed on that date, I apologize for this as we are usually opened for Labor Day sales. However this year the owner decided to close but did not notify the employees until Saturday. Our mechanics are professionals and are very good at what they do. We have them here for our customers as well as ourselves. However you bought this car on February 12,2014, and you called around August 28,2014 to have your car fixed for inspection. We do not even cover 50/50 warranties 6 months later unless it was written in your contract and signed by you and us. However you were called back today to reschedule your appointment. If these problems happened when you first bought the car we should have heard about it then not 6 months later. Your account has not been paid on since July 16,2014 and you have not made consistent payments since you bought the car. We have been kind enough as to not repo you because of this. Hoping you would catch your account up as it is $1,000 behind. We will be more than happy to look at your car as long as you remember you must catch your account up to date and to pay for it to be fixed. We charge whatever the parts may cost and a 75 an hour.
