Called today and was hung up on by owner.My mother in Raleigh died, and I consigned coins, jewelry, furniture and silver with 2nd Chance. On August 22, [redacted] picked up the last load, which included coins, jewelry and furniture. [redacted] told me by phone that I should receive a check in early October. Since then, there has been no response to my emails. Business voicemail boxes are busy, but I reached [redacted] on his cell phone today. When I gave my name and reason for calling, he hung up in my face and did not answer when I called back.
