I just want to go on record I did call Ray and he stated he would be out and he never came out or phone called me back to state he had to change the appointments as we actually talked on the phone together However he did come out on the date he stated in the response 12/10/ And it turned out according to his employee as loose screws from the unit that they put in So it took him and his Company a total of months to come by and check it out But you may close it out!

The doors have been installed.

Mr. Anderson did finally install the doors but it was AFTER the complaint was filed. His reply may be that he didn't view the complaint until after he had completed the contract.I have no further complaints against Mr. Anderson and Anderson Garage doors.
