vehicle was not repaired the way that the insurance required and used after market parts. without my knowledge. I was unaware of the situation after.my car was repaired by 2nd look auto body and was told to use lkq parts rather than after market parts. instead 2nd look used aftermarket parts and my car was returned to him several times from 3-1-2015 until 6-15-2015. he dre the owner never not 1 time told me that he did not know how to fix it like the insurance company required him to. and when I took it back in june for him to adjust the hood. they accumulated more damages to my vehicle and refuse to fix it. now my vehicle does not run like it should. and the insurance company told that there's nothing they can do about it because I choose that shop and not them. but my thing is he knew that he didn't have the proper eqippment for the job he should have told me and than I could've had it told somewhere else. this is a 2014 [redacted]. he was paid well over 11,000 and I think he should be made to either be made to fix the extra damage that was created while at his shop.the hood were suppose to been adjusted level with the other sideand instead of him adjusting it. it looks as if they tried to force it level by pressing the hood leaving it dented up. now the adjuster already had looked at it and asked me to take it back for the correction now if it was already like that than he would had wrote it up also. so I feel like dre has gotten expensive pay for a very cheap job. I think I should be reinburst half of that insurance money back because now my car needs to be rechecked and possibly redone because of the after market parts that he installed when that was not what he were suppose to install on the vehicle. and its hard to find an attorney to take this case so I am turning to Revdex.com for help because really do feel like he has gotten over big time. even the insurance company told to never take nothing else to him. I feel like something should be done about it or I get reinburst half back. because if he didn't know how to do something or knowing he didn't have the proper equipment he should have notified me and than I could have had my vehicle removed from his shop to somewhere else where the proper eqippment would've been used and the proper parts would've been installed.Desired SettlementI am seeking half of my insurance money back because of a poor job and after market parts installed on my vehicle and all the stress and back and forth returning my car for 3 consecutive months back to his shop for unfinished work. and I feel like he was over paid for a very very cheap job. so I feel like he owes me at least 5265.24 and the main reason being is that's how much value I lost and because he did not fix my car the way the insurance company had everything printed out on the estimate and the extra damage my diminishment amount went way down because the vehicle was not done correctly.I no longer communicate with the shop because the owner has refused to correct the problem and refused to reinburst me. and that is what led to this.
