with patch and paint. There was also a very dirty bathroom commode that I was willing to overlook, and lastly the missing graphic that was removed at some time during your rental. I was not going to charge you for the first door that was ordered due to an error in measuring. Nor was I going to charge you for the graphic that was removed, they run $200.00 and the owner does want to be reimbursed for it. She is also insisting on having the house cleaned which should in fairness also be charged to you.I was not going to have a fake repair bill. The three companies I called to install the door in Laramie ([redacted]) either did not return calls or declined to do the work. You wanted the money 'today' without the work properly bid. The only way I could get it done was have my Casper guy do it and the mileage would have eaten up your money. The difference on the correct door as you will note is 75.67. I would like to be reimbursed for the installation of both doors at the price you gave of 250.00. The balance you owe is $25.67. I'm sorry you felt unfairly treated. I was trying to save your money by using only the amount charged by the people doing the installation. Keeping the $300 should have been with in $50 of the actual price and the balance would have been sent to you once the work was done. I again apologize for treating you unfairly.
