response2nd Swing needs to improve communication with customers immediatelyBetween December and December 18,I called the company at ###-###-#### long distance from Connecticut and got no responseOn Decand DecI sent an email to [email protected] time did I get a response from the 2nd SwingOn 12/27/I got email from the company stating that if had any questions I could contact them either by email ([email protected]) or telephone (###-###-####)I did not contact the company because I felt that I would have been wasting time.While I did get the check on 01/02/I was expecting I hope the company does a much better job of communicating with customers than they did with me
