2nd Wind Exercise

Review: In December of 2014 I purchased a treadmill from 2NDWIND located at 11519 North Port Washington Road in Mequon WI. Their Phone number is ###-###-####

The price was $270 or so.

It worked for six months and died. I went to the store to see if they would fix it and they said since it was a used item there was no warranty.

I did not know it was a used item and neither did my wife who was with me at the time of purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like it repaired or my money back.

Review: On 1-27-2013 [redacted] and I purchased a Hoist V Express HOme gym. On May 9th [redacted] had heart bypass surgery. 3 months later when he was able to work out again he noticed the plastic coating around the cable was disconnected. He looked above the machine and noticed the cable was not installed correctly. On Aug 19th [redacted] called [redacted] at 2nd Wind and he said they could send someone out for $125 to fix the cable. [redacted] then called Hoist directly and they send the cable but said we have to install it ourselves. [redacted] called [redacted] again on August 28th when he noticed the cable above the machine was not installed correctly. [redacted] laughed it off and said he wouldn't replace it. This machine has been used less than 6 months and 2nd Wind nor Hoist are standing behind their product. We will never recommend 2nd Wind or Hoist to anyone.Desired Settlement: We want someone to come and fix this cable like its suppose to be or replace it.
