I contacted the individual to change out the engine on my boatI was given references, and began a decent relationship with the owner/mechanicThe engine change out cost in excess of $7000, and took approx monthsHe too the boat out, and it appeared to work well
The fist time I took it out, alone, the engine died 1/mile up riverIt too me a week to get in contact with himHe does not respond to calls in a timely manner, and is very unreliable when he schedules an apptSometimes shows, other times not
I am currently in the process of selling the boatI had a very interested buyer who wanted to see the engine runI could not get the engine to turn over
I removed the spark plugs, and found water in one of the cylindersThis was two weeks ago, and I have made contact with him twiceBoth times he said he was going to call (didn't) or come by (Hasn't)
