Ordered a gas tank from 2wheelpros.com for my motorcycle, when it arrived it was covered in a thin layer of oil and in a plastic bagI've seen this before from other vendors so that parts don't rust but I took a picture of it anywayThe part was delivered to my work warehouse, which it never left because I knew that this part wasn't what I neededI downloaded the part description and schematic and sent to my mechanic to make sure and he confirmed that it wasn't the correct oneI got an RMA # and sent the part backA day later, I received the same package back stating that they don't take back used parts and that it was damagedI tried to explain via phone conversation to Alex, then emails to Alex and James that the part never left our warehouseI even sent them pics that had a time stamp on the file name to show that I received it from them that way the first timeAll this and they still had the audacity to say that I was trying to scam themDO NOT DO business with this companyI did a web search and there are multiple complaints about them and the crooked way they do businessI wish I had done more research so that I could've avoided the wasted time, effort and headachestar is the least I could give these crooks...if it were possible they'd get 1/a starBUYER BEWARE!!! ***UPDATE [redacted] So to get back at me, [redacted] added a review of me on my work's [redacted] review pageNothing about the company, just about meIt's obvious that this company has not ethics and no pride in being a reputable businessYou don't have to believe what I'm typing, but do yourself a favor and read other reviews from other sitesI'm only taking the time to update this so that other consumers aren't taken advantage of by this horrible company
I ordered motorcycle parts from this website and it had been days with no updating the shipping status so I sent an inquiry though the website and received a response that just had the policy copy and pastedI responded requesting updated shipping infoHe then began a back and forth with me over a comment I left on a website made for reviewing other websitesI advised him that I would update my experience if and when it changedHe has repeatedly emailed me threatening harassing demeaning and even went on my personal business page to stalk and leave a bad review about me concerning ny businessI have told him to cease and desist and he has continuously messaged me sinceI would have filed a complaint but he would have just attacked and deflected like I have seen him do in every situation thus farI would like to know if he is upheld by the attorney general of California like we are in my statePlease avoid this company at all costs
