Hostile, rude, and unprofessional! About six months after 3 Anchor Bay painted our pool decking, the paint did not hold up in some places, either from too few coats of paint, or improper surface preparation.
When I asked the owner to stand behind his work, he suggested that I repaint the bad areas myself. When I asked him why he wouldn't stand behind his work, he swore at me and hung up.
I highly recommend going with another company with more professionalsm.
