3 Blind Mice Window Coverings

Mr [redacted] product is scheduled to arrive the week of 8/ There was a Blind Mice delay with regards to the material specifications that we needed to work out as it was unclear how Mr [redacted] would have wanted the product installed and there were additional products added on at the remeasure that were not part of the original order Once we resolved those issues we ordered the product and they are coming in Blind Mice is a contractor for the company that holds the sales contract The manufacturer is contracted by our vendor and although we did request a rush when the issues were resolved, this was not possible with current manufacturing timelines and we have very little control over the manufacturing process In addition, Blind Mice does not have any payment from the customer to refund as we are not a party to the sale All transactions are with our vendor and the sale resides with the vendor By policy of our vendor, any compensation or refund is only discussed after installation and complete sign off by the customer In addition, the estimated delivery date on Mr [redacted] contract was 7/23/and payment is collected in advance by our vendor pursuant to California State LawBlind Mice does not have any ability to change that policy Please let me know if you have any further questions Blind Mice stands behind all of its services and has been diligently addressing this since it come to light I can be reached at 858-452-*** Thank you

I am unclear as to what is being rejected as we provided all of the information about the current order status The product is scheduled to arrive this coming week and we will call to schedule install as stated With regards to the issues in the order it is not that anything changed but how things were supposed to function and how they were supposed to be ordered We will be calling as soon as we have the product to provide the quickest install possible
