***, and I have attached all the paperwork that ***(the purchaser) had signed and dated when he purchased the chevroletColoradoHe decided to purchase a service contract through a company AUL, which isnot required to purchase a vehicle, it is an option that is availableNow what thatcontract covers is explained to the customer, and they get hard copy printed out and thecontract is between AUL and the customerBoys Classic Towing and Auto Sales is notliable for the items that the AUL contract does not cover.When we first were notified that the Chevrolet Colorado had an issue weasked the customer if he would like our mechanic to look at it and get his opinion, whichhe accepted and went to NW Autohaus located in Medford, ORThey diagnosed thevehicle, and said it could be an issue with the timing in the engine, they purchased asensor and tried to fix it, which I said our company would cover the cost if the servicecontract wouldn't cover it, even though Boys isn't liable for any labor or parts on anyrepairsAfter I talked to the customer and the shop on 6/4/16, l neve heard back fromthe customer regarding the issueThe customers father, *** *** contactedus around two weeks later, and we explained to him the terms of buying a used vehicleand the service contract was purchased.Around a month after the phone contact with *** he made visit to our place ofbusiness about the issue with the truckHe demanded his money backand threatenedto sue us for the $that his son (***) had purchased the vehicle and theservice contractWe denied his request, and he left our facility unhappyThey didpurchase the vehicle with NO WARRANTY, and thats why *** ** hadpurchased the service contract when he purchased this vehicleWhat AUL covers anddoesn't cover has nothing to do with BoysWe sold this vehicle with all options tohave this vehicle looked at and a complete no pressure sale*** knew his optionsand what he was buying as much as we didAttached are copies of the documents thatcover the and his service contract.Sincerely,Rich L***Boys Classic Towing and Auto Sales***
