This customer's warranty was for 30 days or 10,000 miles and no claim was brought to the attention of the business within that time frame. Because the customer did not use the warranty provided the business is unable to assist with any vehicle repairs at this time.
Rejection to the response given my 3 Boys MotorsThere was no mutual agreement regarding keeping my $500.00. I was forced to say yes to him or give up my rights and have to take the lemon that he was trying to sell me. There is no where in the paper work or on any agreement that he provided me that states I can not return the car. There is also no where on the agreement or printed any where , where it says that if I return the car I will have to pay him $500.00. I want my $500.00 back in full. Kind Regards,[redacted]
Review: I put a down payment on a vehicle from 3 boys motors. I was told that the car was in good shape , that it had no problem. I changed my mind after finding a bunch of problems and took the car back , where Mr.Felix Urbina and his brother(Jimmy ) attacked me about returning the car and started making up rules. I was forced into letting them keep 500 dollars of the down payment so that he can rip up the contract after I cancelled the deal. It states in the the contract that if the financial institution does not approve you which they did not because I cancelled it. Then the dealer has to give you all of your down payment. No where in his office or in the contract does it state that I have to give him 500 dollars if I change my mind about the vehicle or the deal . I have a witness that he ripped the contract up in face and proceeded to keep other personal document of mine as well as forcing me to give him the $500.00 or he would hold me against the price of the car. This man is a crook and I want my 500 dollars back.Desired Settlement: I originally paid him 1500 dollars for a down payment. He gave me back $1000.00 , I want the rest of my money , the $500.00
