Review: We hired 3 Brothers to install wood floors, baseboards, replace Sheetrock & paint our house. While the baseboards were being installed one of the workers hit a steam pipe with a nail from a nail gun. This caused flooding that extensively damaged our home. Marino, owner of 3 Brothers agreed to reimburse us for the $1,000 deductible and for the increased cost of our insurance ($1700/year for 3 years) but has not done so to date.Desired Settlement: Reimburse us for our deductible and for the added insurance cost

Review: we hired 3 brothers brothers to do flood damage repairs and payed with are flood insurance money the contract says we would be moved in are home at [redacted] new jersey in july 2013 we have given him the last payment and as you can see its well over july 2013 he said Monday he would have a full crew in are home well that was not true he will not return phone calls or text messages we asked for a refund of $10.000 so my husband and son can finish what he will not finish there is no reason why my family should not be in are home he makes excuses why the work is not done well he was paid $43000 to do the job and its not done we contact him on Monday 13 2014 to have him meet up with my husband tonight and still no return phone call or text message he clearly breached the contract and still will not try to fix anything or return callsDesired Settlement: we will like a refund of amount $10.000 so we can finish the job or we will file a law suit and they will ask for more money
