I am rejecting this response because:First of all, I was in contact with the JJ on the 27th of February, 2017. My daughter passed away on Feb. 6, 2017 and we flew home to bury her later on that week. As for no contact..that is completely untrue. I have all of the texts saved where I initiated more than 95% of the communication with this company...most times through the other partner([redacted]). No I did not want the original guy coming back to do repairs when he was the one that made the mistake in the first place. They had to move the drain two times, and it still wasn't correct!!! The man that put in the shower pan(whom I had to contact on my own....because [redacted] said he would and didn't), had to have his plumber correct the drain that the other "former employee" put in. Also, unless I initiated further contact with this company, they always left me hanging. There were times that I wouldn't hear from them for more than 15 days at a time. That is no way to do business with someone!! The last time I contacted the other partner([redacted]) he told that they would fix it until "they got it right." What kind of answer is that???? Until we get it right!! It should have been done correctly in the first place. That statement doesn't give me any confidence that they will in fact get anything right!! I have lost faith in the ability of this company to conduct themselves in a truthful and professional way. They may have said they have taken "responsibility" for this mistake, but actions speak louder than words and the fact that they kept putting us off is not good business. What I want from them at this point is total reimbursement for the repairs that I have had to hire someone else to do, as well as reimbursement for the 2 pieces of furniture that were destroyed due to this mistake.

have been in touch with a former employee to do the repair. There have been some logistic issues, we did not hear from the home owner for several months after the passing of her daughter, understandably so. When we did reconnect, we found out that they wanted to change the shower pan, I had to move the drain again and have it remeasured and then installed, so that created a delay. We have been trying to get in touch with the home one, but have had no response, we have several texts trying to get in touch, but have not heard back.Thank you,JJ B[redacted]
The tables were actually on site when we had oir meeting. We have applied for permits as necessary.. Will assured us that the tables used a standard guage duct. The Fire Marshall has not approved the plans or allowed progress on the project, ypu know that as well as we do. You were also made aware that since the building was so old that once the inspectors and fire marshall did their inspections that they may request you bring the restaurant into.complian%nce, sometimes it is. known as opening a can of worms. If The manufacterer or manufacturers representative for the tables came in per your rrquest and hasnt been able to convince the fire marshall as to the safety of installing the tables, im not sure how you would expect us to.
