Tim W[redacted] installed a roof on 75 M[redacted]e Ave only a few years ago. In that time, we have had over 11 leaks in various locations. Not to mention he completely incorrectly shingled a flat roof. His valleys, all 3 have had several leaks. All of his seems from top to bottom have large gaps and line up right down the roof. He nailed about half of what he should have. Most of the shingles flap around like crazy. His roof has costed me, the owner, over 20k in eage to the aparent building, all four units were affected. His roofing caused structural damage due to rotting the wood and structure of the building. I had two separate roofers come in and look at the job, and both states that I was completely ripped off by this company. No matter where u look on this roof, you see a complete disaster. This has caused such financial hardship on me and my family. In attempts to contact Tim W[redacted] he did not return any of my calls, messages, or answer my call for that matter. This is a put a roof on a building, make it look pretty, take the customer money, and run. I wish these guys could understand the hardship they place on families with the way they do their work. Please, please, please don't put yourself through this guy. He has put myself, my tenants, my family(including my two year old son) through serious hard times. Did I mention, in the 20k plus worth of damage his amateur roof caused in damage--it did not take into account the price for repairing one flat roof, and the cost it's going to cost for the other flat side plus the shingled part. Do not get ripped off by Tim wren. You will pay in your pocket book and more importantly with the stress it will put on your family. 11+ leaks in a roof less then a few years old. And I'm sure there are more. Other roofers could not believe someone actually put this roof on. They said he took the money made it look pretty and ran.
