I had my car worked on there after a hit and run accident and I had many issues with them. 1. they do not answer calls during posted business hours. They say they are open until 5:30 on weeknights howveer any call past 5 pm states it is past busniess hours and to leave a message. 2.they stated they would call on the day I dropped off my car with an estimated date of completion and an estimate ofcosts- they never called; I had to call them and leave a message for them to respond to 3. after my car was completed they took credit card payment from me and their machine wasn't printing properly, ink needed to be replaced, you couldn't read a thing it said. They requested I sign it anyway, which I refused. They then said they would print the receipt again and email it to me so I could verify it. I waited all day and they never sent it to me. When I tried calling at 5:10 pm the phones were off for the day. This is no way to run a business, let alone anyway to treat a customer. They just seem really shady- can't give correct times/dates/amounts- cannot call you back like they said- cannot provide a receipt(seems illegal)- don't pick up phones past 5pm even though they are supposedly open past 5pm
