3 D Landscape

Review: 3D Landscape was hired to do the construction work on the front and back yards of our residence. The work was started on 10/28/2014 and was supposed to be completed before 12/25/2014. After lengthy delay, the completion date was extended to 04/07/2015. It is now still not yet completed, with many unresolved issues. 3D Landscape now decides to unilaterally cancel the contract and stop the work.Desired Settlement: We would like for 3D Landscape to finish their job according to the contract they signed with us in October, 2014. If they can't for some reason, we would like a refund from them for the unfinished work and necessary repairs according to the list we sent to them in the certified letter we sent to 3D Landscape on 06/22/2015 (delivery and acceptance signed on 06/25/2015).
