I have used Roger Rooter's for at 3 years. Although, you sometimes have too remind him of his discussion, he has always been fair with his prices. In addition he provides valuable information that will save you money in the long run. As a patron and a veteran's spouse that is skeptical about repairmen in general. I can truly say [redacted] has made me proud of him as a veteran business owner and a professional who does not over charge you. He has owned my loyalty!.
Review: I had [redacted] and his son out to fix my leaking master bathroom toilet, which evidence presented wet grout around the base of the toilet. I believed it to be the toilet base gasket but was convinced by [redacted] it was only the flapper. Thus, he changed the flapper and charged me the full service charge ($75.00). About 20 days later we noticed water pooling on the ceiling, in the kitchen, just below the toilet in the master bathroom. We turned off the water immediately and called in the repair. The second plumber immediately stated it was the toilet base gasket. After cleanup, replacing the base gasket and turning on the water...no more leaking. Issues: not only did [redacted] not detect a simple toilet leak, it was misdiagnosed and charged for an erroneous issue, he would not address my phone calls, hung up on me and did nothing to correct the secondary damage caused from his incompetence . Thus, we were out of pocket for all the secondary water damage; very infuriating.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for the cost of the secondary damages/ceiling drywall repair of $200.00, which is extremely reasonable considering all other estimates were $600.00 or more for the repair.
