Hello ***,
My complaint has been resolved with Day Kitchens Thank you for your assistance
*** ***
hello [redacted]...
im [redacted], the operations manager, so I thought it would be best if I reply to this complaint ....
I have always been on good terms with [redacted] and last week or so we did negotiate a settlement with her....
she has already sent the check and during this time...
she had mentioned that a new cabinet that we installed was
scratched at the bottom, so I told her it would reorder that 1/4" rtf material with a few pieces of molding and when it
comes in I will have one of the crew go up and replace it...
the ship date on that is this friday, and I will give [redacted] a call and schedule a day next week that works best
for her and have that finished...
other than that, she was happy that we finally came to an agreement especially with the money that she orginially wanted
not to pay, that she was able to save.
I hope this answers all that needs to be taken care of.
thanks

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It's been another month, and the kitchen is still not finished. The final price agreed upon was contingent upon a timely completion. I was asked to pay the full agreed upon amount with the promise that my kitchen would be finished at that time. At this point, I believe I am entitled to restitution for yet another lengthy delay. I believe it's poor business practices that prompt the underserved customer to pay in full, have her check cashed and still be left waiting weeks for what she already paid for. It takes some kind of nerve to demand payment in full and yet again leave a client with an unfinished product, especially when some of the pieces came flawed from their work shop, some were flawed by a 3rd party outsource, and others were botched upon fabrication and installation in my home. It's been a lose, lose, lose situation for me all the way around. I think it's 3 Day Kitchens turn to figure out what this last delay should cost them. I tried to be fair once and got the short end of the stick.
Regards,
