He knocked and no one answeredHe left a note on Ms*** door saying he came byThursday January 26th at 11:amBoth Managers *** *** and *** *** went to Ms*** apartment to speak with her about the door and the entire conversation was recordedMs*** claims maintenance never came to her apartment but during our recorded face to face conversation she admits to receiving *** note he left on the door and said she left her apartment because she had things to do and couldn't waitShe also claims that she had to pay someone else to fix her door on Wednesday, days after *** took a picture of the door showing nothing was wrongThe main door to the building requires a digit code to enterEach resident signs an addendum at move inThe addendum states that the code is not be given out to guest or childrenWe have no control if parents give their code to their childrenMs*** proved that point by admitting that her son knows other codes to get in building that his school friends liveMs*** also has relatives that live here on property and she uses their codes to get into their building and Ms*** also has given her guest her code as well. There is no damage at all to the main entry door and the door to Ms*** apartment(as shown in pictures attached taken on Monday January 23rd.) The main entry door is secure we have spoken with other tenant who live in the same building and they have no complaints of strangers entering the buildingNo one tried to break into her home and there was no emergency which was proven by Ms*** herself by not contacting the police or maintenance until the next day

Ms*** lease which is a legal bound document and was explained to her word from word page by page and also signed stated that maintenance has hour to finish all emergency work ordersMs*** claims that she did not know how to get in touch with emergency, She was given copy of her addendum that has the office telephone numberto get in touch with emergency maintenance you call the office and the machine gives you option to contact the operator, leave a message, and to contact emergency maintenanceonce you dial the option for emergency maintenance it will dispatch you to a live person who will submit and contact maintenance. Fairfax Bluffs has a total of apartments, %of the residents are handicap or disabledMs*** called maintenance at 2pm and complaining about maintenance showing up hours laterWhen Ms*** called I explained to her that he was finishing up installing an AC for a tenant who just had premature newborn twins,and next he had to put Freon in a apartment where and handicap resident on oxygen livedI explained to her that they called before her and due to their health issues it was priorityWhen he arrived around 5:00pm it was determined her compressor needed to be replacedHe immediately called in the part to be ready first thing the next morningHe explained all of this to Ms*** and gave her fans and a copy of the work order.(See attached.)
