Review: I hired them to build a logo and a website for my business. After nearly a month of going back and forth over logo revisions they ultimately did not deliver a final product. I tried to cancel the website portion of the order, and they refused to refund any portion of my money despite never completing the job. I called the office and left messages and they never returned my phone call, email responses were varied sometimes it would be days at a time before hearing back. Instead of realizing they did not have the tools to complete the task and offering me at least a partial refund, the owner of the company demanded that I owed even more money! She also said I had not provided enough information about my business for her to complete the project despite the fact that I had promptly filled out their questionnaire and was available to discuss any questions they might have.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund since the product was never delivered and I had to hire someone else to do it.
