3 Gun Gear

I ordered a piece of equipment from gun gear's online website I received online notification of the order It never shipped and it never arrivedI investigated more and found out that I was never charged I attempted multiple times to contact gun gear via phone and email All went unanswered I was unable to get a response from anyoneI found this to be extraordinarily unprofessional While I was not charged, I was never notified that the order was cancelled and what was MOST disturbing was that they were totally unreachable I do not recommend them to anyone

I ordered a piece of equipment from 3 gun gear's online website. I received online notification of the order. It never shipped and it never arrived. I investigated more and found out that I was never charged. I attempted multiple times to contact 3 gun gear via phone and email. All went unanswered. I was unable to get a response from anyone.
I found this to be extraordinarily unprofessional. While I was not charged, I was never notified that the order was cancelled and what was MOST disturbing was that they were totally unreachable. I do not recommend them to anyone.

This company appears to have everything in order. I even spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone about a fantastic product. The one time I spoke with him is literally the last I've heard, once they got my money. I've sent at least 4 emails and attempted 5-6 phone calls to no avail. Either way I'm taking it as a loss and hope I can save someone else the loss of money to these thieving scoundrels.
