This contractor billed my home warranty company who turned around and billed me for services that was never received They have never been to my home I received a bill from AHS in the amount of $for dispatch XXXXXXXXX for 3J's however this contractor has never been to my residence and calls/emails from AHS go unansweredThis problem has been going on for over months however in order to continue using my warranty plan for other services, I was forced to pay a bill from this contractor for services never receivedI tried to call again today to resolve the issue however the contractor's voicemail is now full with no way to contact with him to resolve this issue and obtain my money back
We are renting a house in Raeford, on April 3rd the dishwasher stopped workingOn April 4th the issue was reported to property managementLater on April 4th I was told 3J's would be calling me to set up a time to come outApril 5th I called them, the number I called went right to voicemailI left a messageApril 6th I received a call from them, they set up a time on April 7th to come out[redacted] the employee came outHe was very unprofessional, wearing headphones, blaring rap music in his earsHe did something to it, mins after he left it stopped working againI called him, he said he had to order a control panelMon, April [redacted] called me and set up a time to come back on April He came mins late, no phone callHe put the part in, mins after he left the dishwasher stopped working againHe said he had to order a motor for itApril 17, I called because I have not heard anything from themHe said he would be out on April 19thOn April I called them mins
taken over a month to replace one partmissed multiple appointmentsavoided and failed to return several calls On December the business did their initial inspection of my dishwasherDuring this first visit they identified the washer needed a new water pumpThe technician said someone would call me to set up the part installationAt that time I paid the dollar service fee required for my insurance companyAbout a week later a woman called me to set up the follow up appointment, about a week after the callThey failed to show up during the proposed time, which I took off work to be at my houseI subsequently called them to reschedule, an appointment was made, and they missed that appointment as wellI have since then called them three times, left voicemails, and have received no word from themI have also called my home insurance company (American Home Shield) who originally referred the company and complained to them twice as well

Whatever you do don't use this company Our warranty company sent them to us for repairs When you try to contact them they don't answer the phone When calling the warranty agency right after calling them, the warranty company contacted them and they answered We waited a couple of months to hear back from them about our repairs We never heard from them Finally tired of waiting we paid for someone else out of pocket even though J's had our fee charged by the warranty company American Home Shield shouldn't use these people They are VERY unprofessional You are better off trying to perform repair yourself If there was a lower grade than an F Revdex.com should give it to them If I could give lower than a one I would

We have had 3-J's out to repair a dishwasher and I am pleased with them The owner is very kind and respectable
