I am rejecting this response because: Jim K[redacted] did not apply all of my deposits. There is $400.00 from August 4, 2016 that is not included in his misspelled invoice. Not only that his letter to you is not from a professional business owner. The poor concrete work is due to heavy compaction when his crew was pressing it down to even it out. Taking out the air will cause poor results. Now that winter is here, the concrete has become water saturated - no downhill grade. There are no dates and itemized charges. Anything purchased in this country has dates, cost of supplies , labor costs and taxes. None of these items are on his bogus invoice. I am disgusted on his total workmanship. The driveway was poured onto the neighbor's yard. He needs to take time out and get a dictionary. Then he needs to study accounting and how to keep records. He needs to remove his forms and spikes from my property. [redacted] is in the concrete business also and last summer all he did was to correct all of Jim K[redacted]'s messes.I am willing to pay him but not for the sum he seeks until he gets his money organized and gives me an itemized and dated invoice. I still believe he wants me to pay for his new engine and transmission.

I am rejecting this response because:I only had $8580.00 at the start of the concrete project. I had planned to pay $400.00/month. He accepted the July 2016 payment but rejected the $400.00 for September 2016 because he did NOT NEED THE MONEY. I am not a WITCH!!! Once again Jim K[redacted] needs to learn to SPELL!!! His rejection of the September 2016 payment means NO MORE PAYMENTS TO HIM. Jim K[redacted] has changed his view/action due to his personal needs. It is not against the law to pay after work is done. As a matter of fact it is against the law to pay for a project PRIOR to the process; especially when no paper work has been given to the consumer. This is the protection of the consumer. No more money to Jim K[redacted]. Once again Jim K[redacted] did not give me a bid prior to start of concrete work. Jim K[redacted] did not give me an invoice during the time of concrete work. Jim K[redacted] only gave me a bogus invoice when he needed money because of his high cost of truck repairs. I have no money to pay him. I can not get a loan. I can not get my home refinanced to lower my payments. The house is under the mortgage company to proceed for demolition. The house is unsafe to live in due to numerous fissures. Jim K[redacted] needs to jackhammer all of the concrete poured into the neighbor's property = FREE OF CHARGE. He did not make it nice for me, just more stress. He needs to pick up his concrete forms, spikes and board by March 15, 2017. March 16, 2017 I call [redacted] for pick up of these items. I am done with 3K Construction, Inc., Jim K[redacted] and his crew.

The snow melt has given me the chance to measure the exact footage that Jim K[redacted]’s concrete processed work was in...
error. A total of 49.5 square feet (66 feet X 3/4 feet) of concrete was poured BEYOND my property line. In 2015, [redacted], my son placed stakes with twine for proper measurement. [redacted] died January 01, 2016 prior to the start of concrete work. Jim K[redacted]’s crew tossed the markers with twine and the official property stake placed by the [redacted].Sincerely:[redacted]
