3 Kings Transportation

Review: I contacted 3 Kings for limo service, over the phone I spoke with [redacted] and she gave me the pricing for the limo service and stated she needed the deposit to hold the date range, afterwards she emailed me a contract that below stated the deposit was non-refundable, but only after she had charged my credit card and the email which I didn't sign saying she had done so. I shortened the trip so the cost should have decreased but when I asked for a new contract she sent one that was the same but 40.00 difference. I have asked to speak with her supv because everything was verbal and its now my word verses what she is telling her boss. I have asked numerous times to speak with the supv so I can give the info that she gave me and was told she would try. I attempted to contact the corporate office to try and speak with another person and it goes to [redacted] . I asked for my deposit back because she didn't make any of the extra changes nor add any additional fee until after she took my deposit. I was told by her my funds are forfeited and I am not satisfied nor happy with the manipulation she is pulling with wording and adding extra things now that previously she did not even mention.Desired Settlement: I would like my funds refunded back to me
