We do not have an issues with Bed Bugs and take that matter very seriously. We have not had any reports of bedbugs in our rooms and if there had been we would gladly refund the guest. We charged a one night penalty and refunded the rest to [redacted]. This was booked through a third party and we do...

not have the capability of refunding any thing to the guest directly. This is an issue with [redacted] and we cannot do much more until the third party contacts us.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I can confirm the business has performed this action and consider this complaint resolved.
