He said he would pay for itMy road side assistance told me to get what I was getting fixed first, then let them do the body work that they damaged! When I contacted the owner he said he needed the estimate, so I sent him the estimate and never heard from himSo I called him and he then said he needed to see photosSo I sent him the photos and never heard anything back! So I called him! So, he told me to bring him the vehicle, but it was still at the auto shopI told him he could go look at it and he was so rude and disrespectful and said he wasn't going to see it! But why??? He acted as if it was my fault and was so nasty to me! When he should have fired his driver for crashing my truck! But he did nothing and told me to take him to court! The 3S Towing dispatcher for the Akron area on Thursday, September 15th was egregiously rude and obnoxiousMy insurance is ***, who contracts with 3S for towing services in the Akron, OH areaIt was difficult enough that the tow truck driver was hour and minutes late, and went at first to the wrong addressI am very aware that mistakes and difficult days happen, and am not complaining about the driverHe was appropriately professional once he arrivedIt was the dispatcher who was way out of lineFirst, there was no apology for being so lateSecond, the dispatcher had the unmitigated gaul to blame me for having the driver wait minutes at the wrong address, as if I gave them the wrong address; which I didn'tOnce the correction was made with *** personnel, there was no apology for that eitherRather, the dispatcher just kept wanting to argue with meWhen I told him I didn't want to continue with the adversarial exchange, he just persisted all the moreSo, I lost my cool and said to him, since he was acting so immature and obnoxious, that he needed to grow up and learn how to treat customers with respect and kindnessIt felt like being drawn into a scenario between two kids having it out on the school playground! So, the exchange got even more heatedAfter the driver arrived, I told him I didn't want to speak with him any longerHe responded last, knowing I am an adult male, while laughing arrogantly, "OK, mam, whatever you say." Terrible customer service! Dispatcher was belligerent and rude after asking how much longer the wait was going to be. I had already waited an hour and was told it was going to be another 30 minutes. I was given an hour window for the tow, not 90 minutes. Further, he claimed that the 8 pm traffic was the delay. I have never seen 8 pm traffic jams before and questioned his nonsensical response. He then went on to cancel my tow for no apoarent reason. I would never contact them again for a tow or go to their garage for car repairs after this awful experience!
Chrysler Roadside Assistance dispatched this "company" to retrieve my vehicle on Christmas Day. The next day we noticed that there were significant puddles of oil on the 1 year old driveway exactly where their tow truck was parked for over 30 minutes. After submitting pictures and information to the owner of the company and following up to see when they would be out to clean up the oil, he began swearing and he claimed that I was lying and that he wasn't doing anything to rectify the situation. Great customer service, I guess I should have expected this from a tow truck company out of Wickliffe. I would not suggest anyone use this company for any service unless you want a mess and to be called a liar.
