Ordering via e-mail is wrought with uncertainty! Ticketconnectors is no exception. Tickets were ordered. e-mail receipt was requested and given. The tickets received via e-mail only faintly represented the order I made. The difference in price was alarming! I paid $105/ticket. The e-mail ticket I received was $79 /ticket. Furthermore, the name on the tickets was not mine. Reading the "fine print" after making a call and being placed on hold for 15 minutes, I discovered that the name discrepancy was disclosed. My suggestion is that this should be taken out of the fine print and made a part of the "up-front" information given to purchasers. I also happened to note that this company is now for sale! Have others been as surprised by the "details" that are not made available until after the purchase has been made? Lesson learned: Don't buy tickets from this company or any similar "resale" agents!
