I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Attched is my copy of contractI also have several text of his empty promises of doing work, coming over and delivery of suppliesDumpster sat her for monthsOwner of dumpster came before I even called to have him pick it upHe was very upset that he was told dumpster was being used for months on a job that is to take max of daysThen to discover not in use at all Every time Ralph said he needed someone to be around for supplies to be delivered I did, but no supplies were ever deliveredI repeatedly asked where he ordered supplies from he would avoid telling me stating" Don't worry I will be thereIf it wasn't an excuse he or his partner was in hospital it was he had another job that was more importantThe second time after the lawyer gave him a curtesy call, I was promised another dumpster weeks after phone call and again no dumpsterHis replies was " what do you want me to do." I said I want my money back done with empty promisesAnd sorry he felt other people were more important then I since I had already paid in full and waited yearsAs of Nov it will be years and still nothing but more damageMy ceiling in dinning room now completely mold and leaks every time it rainsI have to put bucks all over to catch waterI realize now I should of never given him funds really didn't think this would happen.
