In response to Mr. [redacted]'s claim, we have never received a complaint or notice from this customer about a problem(s) on this vehicle. With that said, this vehicle was purchased with over 100,000 miles and New York State Lemon Law does not apply. Mr. [redacted] has no legal claim against this dealership,...

and is merely trying to get someone else to pay for his maintenance on his vehicle 1 year later. Vehicles of all prices and years require repairs and maintenance on a regular basis, which the vehicle owner is responsible for. Making a claim 1 year later stating there was a problem in the beginning is nothing more than here say. If there was a problem from the start, why didn't Mr. [redacted] contact us then? Why wait a full year before asking for help? With that said, if Mr. [redacted] would like to come hark to the dealership, we would be more than happy to inspect his sub frame at no charge and proceed from there. Mr. [redacted] was never told that sub frame was under vehicle recall through [redacted]. If that were true, it would have been listed on his purchase order. We will not contact Mr. [redacted] on this matter, if he is looking for help all he needs to do is pick up the phone and contact us. Sincerely,
