Review: Paid for services to help improve credit score within months, in which it did not happen. Owner of company pretty much told me what I wanted to hear to get paid $999. I do not have $999 worth of anything done to my credit report. The agreement was that the company is able to remove old inquiries, and old accounts to help improve credit score. Nothing has happened and it's almost a year later. I feel like I was conned out of my money that I work for. Especially, for services that was not completed. I would really like a refund. Because what the owner promised has not happened. I just really wish the owner would have been honest upfront.Desired Settlement: $999 for services I didn't not receive.

The reason for my letter is to express my anger, frustration, and disappointment at 30 Day Credit Repair Company. I presented my case to Mr. [redacted], on June 16, 2014 in hopes to fix my credit as soon as possible due to my need to find an apartment for my girlfriend and myself. I mentioned this to Mr. [redacted], he acknowledged my needs saying, “…If I want I could have this done in a day…” he also seemed to have my best interest at heart. His words led me to believe that he was competent, genuine and would fix my credit within reasonable time. I signed a contract depicting our agreement to pay $800.00 as a down payment to begin the process and a monthly payment of $200.00 for a grand total of $4,000.00.

Throughout a year, I called to ask for updates on my credit. Every time I was told, I would be receiving a report from one of the three bureaus. Once received Mr. [redacted] asked me to send the reports to his office via email or fax, which I promptly did. I have called to ask for appointments to review my process and to have these reports explained to me. The clerk denied me this possibility as well as the address of their new location. A year has passed and I have paid the total of $3200.00. My girlfriend, [redacted] called on June 15, 2015 to ask for an update, the clerk told her that my credit was still pending. She informed the clerk that I have been paying for a year and would like to know if she could have more information other than pending. The clerk then put her on hold, after a few minutes, all the clerk was able to say was that all Mr. [redacted] could say was that it was pending and if we did not like it we could do it ourselves. To which my girlfriend agreed and asked if 30 Day Credit Repair would be refunding me my money since nothing was done to fix my credit. She was placed on hold for 25 minutes and never received an answer.

Finally, I have been looking for apartments to move in with my girlfriend and need to know whether it is possible to have inquiries placed upon my credit. I called three times and emailed to place this request, I did not receive a positive answer nor did I receive a reason as to why it cannot be possible to have those inquiries. What they did tell me was that I would be receiving reports from the three bureaus. This to me is a complete lack of professionalism as well as a disregard to the lives of those individuals this company is supposed to help. I have spent my hard earned money to fix a crucial part of my fiscal standing in this society and improve my future with my girlfriend and 30 Day Credit Repair has not been able to do their job. Therefore, I demand to receive a fixed credit or a total refund of my payments.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a complete refund as Mr Abdo has not complied with any part of my Credit Repair or answered any questions to date.

I am so grateful for 30 Day Credit Repair. I felt like it was impossible for me to get rid of bad credit that was not mine, my credit scores were so low that I could not get approved for any type of credit. Every aspect of the credit repair program was so helpful, They did all the work. I just can't believe that I have excellent credit again.

Review: On 08/02/14 I went in to this office in hopes of trying to fix my credit because I was about to be homeless, and I desperate to fix my credit mistakes of that past and needed to make sure I had OK credit to be able to relocate. I accepted all conditions Mr.[redacted] explained to me as part of the contract that I have with his company 30daycreditrepair. My understandings was that by paying $500 dwn and $100 every 2 weeks on paydays(which he has caused me an insufficient charge) for a total of $1500, he would be able to get my credit to high 600, lower 700 after 30days. He stated that I would receive letters in the mail of the stuff being removed off my credit and I was to send them back to him. On Friday 09/12/14 I called to check on the progress because I had not seen anything change on Privacyguard.com which he had requested that I sign up for a monthly subscription of $14.95 at my original consultation on 08/02/14 and he had requested that I cancel this service after 10 days. I did not want to cancel the service after the 10 days as he had instructed me to do so, so that I may monitor my credit and to be able to see if any progress was done. So when I spoke to Mr.Aboabdo on 09/12/14 he was very hostile and rude, I requested that he please not speak to me in that tone and he went off on me, said that I had called there screaming and yelling, which I did not. I was confused and just needed a couple questions answered on the services being rendered to me. He was saying such things as that I was stupid, ignorant, I dont listen, I dont follow direction and that I just need to do as I was told. So that made me very upset and we started to exchange very nasty words on the call. He told me that I sounded very desperate for credit and that just blew my lid off. I told him that I would be reporting him to the Revdex.com and hung up. He called me right back and said I have all your information and that sounded like a threat to me. I said so now your threating me and he said that if I f'd with his business he would then f with mines too. He asked me, you work for AT&T right? I then said yes, but thats not my business its my place off employment. U can go ahead and do whatever you want. I no longer wanted to argue with a unprofessional, nasty, hostile person that I thought was someone who was going to help me in my credit troubles and I told him to just finish the work that I had paid a lot of money for and ended the call. It is now 09/24/14 a month in a half after I went to Mr.Aboabdo for help and still nothing has change nor I have received any of this letters he stated I would receive. I have stopped pay on the remaining balance $800.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back that I believe I have been scammed out of and do not want to continue any addidtional payments to this company.
