[redacted] Please See Attached Documents [redacted] May 22, Revdex.com PO Box DuPont, WA Re: [redacted] Business Statement: Our program consists of providing the client with nutritional food products, coaching, accountability, self-mastery technology sessions and sessions on our therapeutic vibration platformWhen the aforementioned client was attending our facility we also included sauna sessionsWhen the client was attending we did suggest using the sauna just once a week, but that she would be able to come in more than once a week to take advantage of listening to the self-mastery tapesShe continuously challenged us on this each week, and ultimately, when the saunas were available, we would let her use them more than once a week Weight loss is a very emotional process, and sometimes when the client feels like giving up, we will sit down with them first to work through it, instead of just letting them give upThe client never expressed to us any dissatisfaction with the program but she was extremely stressed with abuse and molestation issues, grief from her mother passing and abusive ex hubbyShe has two teen age girls and had been diagnosed with early stage Crohns diseaseShe expressed no discontent with us and we have no record of her requesting money back That being said, we wish her the best and we have put a check in the mail for her for $2,to cover her total cost of careI called her today to ask her credit card number for refund and she was angry and yelled at me to send a check!
