[redacted] came to me and her car had a very bad left front wheel bearing and I gave her a estimate of $plus sales taxAfter taking bearing apart also found the was so bad it torn up the inner and outer wheel bearing seals, which protect the bearing from dirt and waterAt that point I could not put the bearing and hub back together without new seals so at that she really had no choice but to replace the sealsMaybe I should have called her at that point but again she had no choiceIf I wanted to charge extra money to a older single woman I would have charged more labor which I did not and I would have charged full list price for the seals which I did notAlso after [redacted] left [redacted] told me she was sorry and apologize to me Jack J [redacted] Milex Complete Auto Care

At that point I could not put the bearing and hub back together without new seals so at that she really had no choice but to replace the seals. Maybe I should have called her at that point but again she had no choice.
