301 Car Sales

Review: I bought a car from this dealer and they had an inspection sticker on the window and they told us that it had recently been inspected and some repairs where made. Two days later we started having isues with sensors lighting up on the dash so we took it to a local inspection station near our house. Th mechanic at the station called my wife later that day and told her of a lot of issues and that we should try to get our money back and that there was no way that an inspection had been done on this car. I had the salesman at the dealer cal our mechanic and discuss the issues. The next day the owner of the dealership called me and wanted us to bring the car back and he would have the inspection station make the repairs that should have been made. The dealer is about 50 miles from my house and we dont feel safe to try and drive the car thet far. I dont want the car repaired at the same place that did not make the proper repaires in the first place. I choose to them them deal with that and just give me my money back. If I had to have it repaired I would take it to a local place that I can trust. Since these people are in the car bussness I wiould have thought they would have known that an inspection was not done, it is vary cleare to see if you know what to look for.Desired Settlement: I paid $5,783 for the car and another $112 to have it checked out, I want all of my money back
