The building permit was not issued in the beginning because my production manager thought we were just doing a straight re-skin and not replacing the railWe are in the process of having the permit issued so that *** county building department can inspect the railing

The panels have been ordered As soon as we receive them our installer will put them on I will call Mr *** as soon as they come in to arrange a time to install them

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] completed the railing requirement by [redacted] County Building Code on 5-22-2017.  At  this time [redacted] asked about the tripping hazard noted on the rejected inspection from the county.  I showed [redacted] what the inspector meant. Some time today one of the [redacted] crew returned  sawed off the  two trip hazards noted on the rejected inspection form located on each side of the top of the stairs, left gaping holes in the tops of each side of the stairs and a mess. Since I only have 30 minutes to respond, I was going to indicate the job was not done. But as I type this response, [redacted] just drove up and I believe he is here to fix the stairs and hopefully we can order a final inspection from [redacted] County when he is finished and be done with this nightmare.
