I am rejecting this response because: I purchased the helmet as a gift for a birthday it was not given right away & was definitely not used daysI did contact the company before day return was up & they wouldn't take it backWhen I appealed their decision I was told they could help me I informed them that the tags were removed but that I still had themNot one time did they tell me that the tags had to be attached or they wouldn't take it backI have purchased clothes taken tags off & decided I didn't want them & returned them no problemsThe helmet is in no way damaged & there's no reason why they couldn't resell itI am not try to rip off a decent companyI only want my money returned for an item that I sent back that is as good as it was when I received it

This customer purchased a helmet off AmazonClearly used it for almost days and then tried to return it on AmazonEven Amazon rejected the return (It was outside our policy return date) but the customer assured us it was newUpon receiving the helmet was worn and the factory tags had been
removedThere is no need to remove the tags to simply try on a helmetAfterall you don't try on close or apparel in a store and rip off the tags just to try it on.Amazon has decided in our favor so *** is just trying another route to rip an honest seller offI told her she could send me a pre-paid shipping label and I would ship the USED helmet back to her but she refusesWe have no intention of issuing a refund as her return clearly violated Cycle/Amazon policy

I am rejecting this response because: it absolutely was not past the 30 days when I first contacted you. And the only thing that is different is that the tag was removed. There is absolutely no reason why it is not resellable. It is in the exact  same condition as when I received it. There is no reason the tag cannot be put back on and resold. The helmet has absolutely no damage to it.

Again your return was rejected by Amazon as it was past the return date stated by our Amazon policy. The helmet is not in re-sellable condition the way it was returned.
