303 Ink Sign Shop

Review: On August 5th 2014 I [redacted]) ordered some signage and business cards from 303 Ink Sign Shop for the total amount of $720.40. On August 5th I paid for the ordered products in full. The signage was finally delivered after numerous calls to the owner ([redacted]). After several more calls to [redacted] requesting delivery of the business cards or a refund (cost of business cards were $79.95), [redacted] told me on September 12th that I can shove my refund up my $$$ and not to step foot on his property. Review: In August 2014 I paid nearly $4,000 for signage from 303 Inc sign. They took weeks longer than I was told to produce and install the signs but in September 2014 they were installed. Now ten months later the sign is peeling in several places. I was told this sign would last at least ten years and the only thing I would have to worry about would be fading. I have contacted the owner multiple times. At first I would get responses like I'll be over Friday and then never show or I'll be over asap I'm just sooo busy. Now after six weeks nothing! He will not return calls, come to fix the sign, or respond to many many text messages!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or replacement. $4,000 signage should last longer than ten months!
