Review: I left my car in the parking garage on 8/*/2013 at 7.47PM and returned to pick it up at 9PM, to find a large scratch on the front passenger side. Their phone number is ([redacted]. They denied they did it and parking attendant refused to fill out and hand over an accident report even after the police officers initially asked for it. The police officer went in the parking attendant office and was able to get the accident report from another agent. They were lying and denied me from my own right. The police officers suggested that we filled out this form to notify you. The parking lot license number is [redacted] They were also supposed to walk and inspect my car in front of me before taking my keys, which is something they should do for all clients. They did not. The parking lot agent told the police that he was too busy when we came in so he did not have time to walk around the car with me. Which was a lie again, when we arrived we were the only clients there at that time.Their phone number is [redacted]. They were wrong and I will get my attorney involved with this issue to make sure they repair my vehicle or I will sue them. Regardless the general manager should be aware of this incident and what happened on this night with this crew working there. I speak french so I heard the attendant who drove my car out tell the manager that he did the scratch and the manager told him , all in creole because they were both from [redacted], that not to confess to it and act like the scratch was there when we dropped off the car. This is so WRONG! Thank You.Desired Settlement: I want them to send me an apology letter or phone call and repair the damage done .The scratch in the front side needs to fixed. They have to pay for it and my rental car fees while my car is being fixed.
